Our Story
Mohammad Sarfaraz Ninad and Shamiha Islam Sara both friends founded this company for betterment of the world. This is Founded in 2024, Green Barter was born out of a passion for reimagining the way we consume and connect with our belongings. Seeing the impact of excessive waste and the desire to promote a more sustainable lifestyle, we set out on a mission to create a platform that facilitates the exchange of items, donate stuff, reduces environmental footprints, and fosters a sense of community.

She has a solid foundation in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational governance. Her leadership combines strong financial expertise with a deep commitment to sustainability and social change which lead Green Barter with transparency, efficiency, and long-term vision.
Green Barter is a platform promoting item swapping and donations to reduce waste and encourage sustainable living. Our vision is to create a world where sharing replaces waste and sustainability becomes a way of life.
